Chris Newman, Legal Director of Day Labor Organizing gets my vote for Despicable race baiting quote of the week; for being his mouth piece 2nd place goes to none other than …wait for it…The Associated Press.

“Arizona has long been a laboratory for anti-immigrant experimentation, and its demagogue leaders have become folk heroes for white supremacists throughout the United States,” Newman said. “But this bill ushers in a new chapter of disgrace for the state that resisted celebrating the life of Martin Luther King.”

What’s got poor Chris Newman in such a lather? A new Arizona law that helps crack down on Illegal immigrants, specifically the law will help to do the following:

BTW My actual thoughts on the parts of this bill follow the outlined sections of it in the bold text

– Create a new state misdemeanor crime of willful failure to complete or carry an alien registration document.

A misdemeanor, you know something like that traffic ticket you got last month? A parking ticket..Gee that will show those illegals.

I mean really, I can see millions of illegals cowering in fear already …”Holy Chit man! I’ve already committed a FELONY coming across the border illegally but but…I can’t have a misdemeanor!! I better head back to Mexico before the give me a Misdemeanor!!”

– Allow officers to arrest immigrants unable to show documents proving they’re legally in the country.

I’m looking pretty hard here, I don’t see where the law says Hispanic, Black White, Barney the Dinosaur purple…nope, sorry Chrissy, no race here.

– Ban so-called soft immigration policies at local police agencies and allow people to sue if they feel a government agency has adopted a policy that hinders the enforcement of illegal immigration laws.

Common sense, if people are illegal it might make sense to actually make them accountable for their actions, but more so…lets make accountable those taxpayer funded things called ….Police Departments, you know the whole “protect and serve” bunch that have allowed this problem to reach this height of insanity might now need to take off the PC goggles and stop “looking the other way” …maybe do some actual law enforcement? Jus’ saying…

– Prohibit people from blocking traffic when they seek or offer day-labor services on street corners.

Really? We need a law to prevent people from blocking traffic? Here’s a novel Idea. Run their dumb asses over…sooner or later these people WILL get the hint that standing in the middle of the intersection where 4,000 lb vehicles are whizzing too and fro might be bad for your health…but that’s just me. I would also advise not trying this in a Pirus… you’ll probably loose, then the guy in the country illegally is going to sue you blind.

– Make it illegal for people to transport illegal immigrants if the drivers of vehicles know their passengers are in the country illegally and if the transportation furthers their illegal presence in the country.

A good start, one thing I 100% agree with. Simply put, if people stop hiring illegals, going around and picking them up to do their gardens or paint their houses or do whatever task they want done on the cheap then a large portion of the problem is mitigated, it’s pure supply and demand. The Illegals are the supply and ignorant lazy Americans have the demand for cheap labor. Sorry Soccer Dad, looks you you’ll have to cut your own damn grass…

Overall it seems mostly a toothless bill to me, more feel good legislation from a bunch of clown shoes in suits that when studied with a little less hysteria and more common sense the bill, really isn’t much more than well…..common sense.

But oh no, we can’t have that now can we? Nope, somewhere out there is some jack ass (yes Mr. Newman that means you) that has to get his mug up in front of the media and scream about boogieman racists!!

Really Chris, this bill is racist? How’s so, does it specify Hispancs? Blacks? Asians?

Ummm No I don’t think it does, in fact it mentions race a whopping 0.0 times. That’s right Chrissy, while you got your panties in a great big wad and started banging your racist war drums, thinking people actually, you know, reasearched the damn thing, and there is not one single mention of race in they entire thing. Nada, Zip, Zilch.

Know what that means Chris? This bill applies the law equally to all persons regardless of race, creed, color, or any other identity clap trap you want to try to convince people of.

Yep, that’s right Chris, that Anglo-Saxon tourist that overstayed a visa, they get the exact same treatment under this Arizona law as any one of the estimated 12 million people in this country illegally. At least the tourist entered to country legally which is a lot better than I can say about some of the people this law might affect….gee go figure Chris.

Know what else that means Chris? That means you are a fool. I true dyed in the wool race baiting frothing at the mouth fool. Call your village Chris, they want their idiot back.

Honestly I don’t know which is more despicable, Newman’s race bating comments as a whole, or the simple fact that this information came from an article by none other than the AP….Associated Press.

Wondering why the nation seems to be tottering on the verge of a race war some days? There’s your answer, race bating fools like Mr. Newman and his all too eager mouth piece called the AP ever ready to fan the flames of racism no matter how outlandish the claims of it are.

Ever since the Health-care boondoggle started I’ve been suspicious of Mac Baucus (D Montana) and his motives.

“Greasy”was the term that popped into my head when his ugly puss first started showing up in the press. He just seemed to have that quality to him, that “I’m from the government and I’m here to help you” look that while he’s “helping” you with his right hand, that left hand is busily stealing everything you have.

Guess I wasn’t too far off in my thoughts now was I? Remember when Baucus was the front man at the outset of the Health Care legislation?

Looking back over the last year, As things wore on and on with the Health Care debate, it seemed as if Baucus sort of faded from the spot light, I wondered why that was, but now I’m pretty much convinced of one thing.

Baucus is one of the useful idiots of the purist Marxist stripes. He’s was so far left and prone to speaking out and saying the wrong thing at the wrong time, that the Democrats had to tone it down some, so he was quietly removed from the legislative process.

None the less as a true believer in social engineering schemes Max was a solid vote Yea. And now that it’s passed, he’s out there full bore spouting what we’ve pretty much known all along. The Democratic Party is full of people like Baucus. It’s full of far left useful idiots.

Need proof? This is a quote directly from Mr. Baucus.

Too often, much of late, the last couple three years, the mal-distribution of income in American is gone up way too much, the wealthy are getting way, way too wealthy and the middle income class is left behind, Wages have not kept up with increased income of the highest income in America. I’m still trying to wrap my head around his words…I really am, and I just can’t do it.

Are people like Baucus really just so deluded, so arrogant as to actually think that they have some divine right to decree who in this country makes too much or not enough? Just because they were elected? Really?

Guess the time for the socialist infecting the Democratic party shading their true colors is over.

I never really wanted to be “rich” just comfortable and secure in my life, but I sure don’t now though. Not with idiots like Max painting a target on one’s back simply because they’ve been successful, in the guise of some sort of bullshit ideal about “social justice”. Pathetic.

I don’t write much anymore, these are just random thoughts that I have had since the Health Care bill passed, and on most days it seems futile to rail against the Federal government and it’s supporters.

I don’t know how we got here, this past 10+ years have been like watching a train wreck called the Fedball-Express (no insult to the actual company by a similar name intended) that just wont go away, yet gets ever worse as time goes on.

If it’s not the Republicans throwing money around like drunken sailors, the Democrats not to be out done, take it to even greater extremes.

I’m in my mid 40’s now, so maybe I pay more attention, but growing up and even into my late 20’s it seems to me we had a Federal Government, but it was in DC, back then in Ohio, and on to other places I lived, it might as well have been on the Moon I guess. Maybe I was too busy trying to make my own way in the world to notice it.

I knew it did things like manage the EPA, and send our Military where it was needed to go, I was part of that same Military under both Regan, & Bush and then Clinton.

There was this abstract notion of taxes, but we all had to pay them and people didn’t seem to think about them like they do now. We didn’t always like the taxes I guess, but it wasn’t to the point people took to the streets in protest. The Federal Government was there, but it never seemed to touch our lives in the ways it has started to this last 2 decades. To me I guess it started more or less with Clinton.

None the less, I’ve more or less resigned myself to the fact that the Health care bill passed, the Federal government will take over health care, & we will loose another part of our freedoms. To me, it really comes as no surprise the Dem’s got their way, not when nearly half the country STILL approves of the job Obama is doing. And foolishly instead of thinking things though that same half of the country handed the entire economy, and the future of this nation to the feel good rhetoric of the snake oil salesmen over the last 4 years.

They wanted to teach those “republicans” a lesson. I guess they did. They wanted “change” I guess they got it.

Personally I expect I will see my health care costs and taxes rise significantly, I don’t believe for one second anything these people in DC are saying….

I’ll have to give up yet more of my life’s work & liberty in the interest of “social justice” so that others get a “fair chance” or at least that’s what Obama and his cohorts seem to want me to believe.

Obama said once words to the effect that “we all have to have some skin in this game”. Sorry no sale.

It’s not out of a sense of selfishness that I say that, but rather, simply put, I’ve had my skin in the game now almost 30 years, since I was only 15 working my 1st job. I’ve paid taxes, I’ve paid SSI, I’ve paid and paid..now they want more “skin”. Fact of the matter is, I don’t have much more “skin” to give.

Sometimes I wonder if these people in DC and on down the through the states and local governments just fail to realize that someone making average wages and average incomes just can’t afford the never ending array of additional taxes to fund their projects and wish lists.

I’ve long pondered the disconnect between me and my Federal Government, It’s almost like the political class are well off, and they truly think that is how everyone should be or even is, they see the world, and the country through a prism of their own successes and they think that is how it is for millions of us out there. Fact is they are way off the mark. They aren’t even in the ball park.

And I guess maybe if you’re Nancy Pelosi or Harry Reid with net worth’s in the millions, paying more taxes doesn’t hurt nearly as much as it does the rest of us “common folk”. I think they just don’t understand that at all.

A more bitter thought is, that in fact, yes, they do know. They know damn well what it’s like for the middle class, and they simply do not care. Their agendas and their ideals, their thirst for power, and their dirty backroom deals to keep that power trump all else. They’ll lie to us and tell us how great our lives will be if they just get their agendas enacted…But in reality, They want us all dependent on the largess of the Federal Government, far more easy to control us that way.

And the in the end …the sum of it all…As this bill takes effect it’s highly likely the Federal government is going to make it just that much harder for me, my family, and millions of other middle class Americans to make ends meet.

We are told by the shrills on TV, and these people in DC that we are on the eve of a “sweeping reform” of the US Health-care system. It will be the eve of a new era of “American progress’ as the left is wont to hype, affordable and cheap health insurance for the masses. Prove it. I’m not buying.

The powers to be continue to crow about how great this reform will be, even with reports surfacing to the contrary, across a wide range of sources, that this bill will not cost what it was advertised as, but considerably more. But hey, that’s yet to be proven, so in the spirit of being a hard working American, lets just be neutral or attempt to be and ignore that part….and focus on what we know to be true. And what is true is the simple fact that the Federal government has a poor track record when it comes to management of …well almost everything.

Social Security is broke…raided by these same people that are selling us this “health-care reform”.
Our VA hospitals are a mess….ask any vet like me, most of us, unless desperate, wont go near the places.
Amtrak is bleeding red ink…
The US Postal service looses billions…and still cant seem to do half the job as Fed-Ex or UPS.
Billions in wasted funds for “No Child left behind” and still …Our schools are a joke….
Billions spent for “welfare for the needy” and still 1/3 of our population wallows in poverty, and the inner cities grow worse…
The IRS is drowning in red Ink…and still tax compliance cost this economy hundreds of billions every year.
Our federal courts are a joke…yet child predators and other psycho paths are running wild, our children preyed on like game.
We’re trillions of dollars in the hole as a country for Federal programs already underwater….and still they keep adding more debt.

Need I go on?

If an Obama supporter or a even an honest Democrat can come on here and point to ONE system the government runs that isn’t bleeding gallons of red ink, that is half efficient as a private run firm or facility, I’d sure feel a whole lot better about them running health care. Trouble is they can’t. It simply doesn’t exist.

It’s been over a year of wheeling, dealing, & shady political tricks in D.C. and it’s all come down to this point.

The Democrats are feeling “giddy” about things.

Really; did a elected statesman in our hallowed halls of government really say they were “giddy”? How quaint.

Perhaps that’s the whole problem with our nation today is that, we’re “giddy”……we’ve elected a bunch of ruffled pantie wearing school girls to run the country, rather than honest statesmen.
They “feel” more than they actually think.

The electorate is part to blame…seems the entire country has become nothing but “feelings” on the issues that face our country rather than being able to think critically. One only need to browse any of the comments on just about any new site to see the “feelings” on display.

Of course, the conservatives are “feeling” too…. feeling outrage.

No-one seems to knows how many people were in D.C. to protest this latest governmental decree, 10’s of thousands? But there was certainly outrage and anger out there, and it’s not going away any time soon from the looks of things.

The headlines are full of things like protesters hurling racial invectives and threats at elected officials, and of course not to be outdone, sneering jackass officials like Hastings (D) Florida, sarcastically snarling to the Republicans “the minority party knows what the country wants”.

And we grow more divided than ever despite the promises of this man in the the white house to the contrary.

Eve of a new era for America …Or maybe it’s the eve of an all out hot war against the entrenched political class in D.C. and their supporters?

RCP Polls show 60+ percent of the country says were heading in the wrong direction, & more disapprove of Obama than approve for the first time since his election. It varies by poll but as I mentioned above Americans STILL even after this boondoggle support this guy nearly by half. Madness.

Even worse is the congressional approval ratings and the fact that 68% of the respondents in a recent FOX news poll say they want to clean house and remove every current elected official in DC….that’s just two or three set of polls…some seriously bad numbers flying around out there but the DC Establishment , Pelosi, Reid, Obama, Graham, ….all of them Republican and Democrat alike seem oblivious. What’s it going to take, for these people to wake the hell up, blood shed?

And it might yet come down to that, Seems to me that it is only going to take one spark, an unruly crowd at a town hall, A Capitol Policeman with a nervous trigger finger, a whack job out there with a gun… a politician or one of their staff will get hurt, the Federal government will react badly ….and it will start. 10 elected officials reported death threats?… stop and think, that’s only what they reported, who knows how many of them are under threat of violence, at this stage, it wouldn’t surprise me that 90% of those senators and congressmen are in the cross hairs…The cracks are showing.

Janet Nappy-Headed-Ho Napalito(I can say that I’m not a hot shot radio jock, and this my blog.) Says “the system worked”…Huh? What? Come again? It did?

It worked for whom there Janet of the triple chins? The Islamic Jihadi bent on wanton murder and destruction of our fellow Americans? Your DHS Foo is weak Jan baby…

So I have a question.

Has the Obama administration and his Czar’s and god knows what else they have going on, figured out that despite all their touchy feely rhetoric, blaming America for the worlds ills, & kow-towing to every tin pot dictator in the world, that …..well Gee to be candid, their approach…well it doesn’t seem to be working all that well with our endless list of antagonists now does it? Well?

A Nigerian Man tries to down a jet full of people just trying to come home for the Holidays, Hugo Chavez spits out more drivel claiming he can still smell the devil or some other nonsense, (really that dude needs to catch a bullet already), and I read in one stock report, The Chinese are now pissed off because Obama just slapped a staggering 35% tariff on their oil pipes ….of course ..at the behest of and to protect his US Steel workers Union cronies…protectionist trade theory with, our biggest trading partner who by the way owns most of that 1.2 trillion in debt you’ve rung up…Gee that sure will help the economy Bambi…*snort*

So tell me again? How’s that “Hope -N-Change” working out for ya these days? I guess okay if your in the Steel Workers Union Boss cabal eh?

Better yet; tell me when Obama and his clown parade of cohorts are going to buy a clue and figure out how to do anything other than try to pin blame on the past for what is clearly their own short falls and continual errors? Anyone?

BAH!!

If I hear one more person accusing those of us that oppose this monstrosity called Health-Care reform of being “callous” “uncaring” (insert the insult of your choice here _________), one more time I swear I am going to punch someone in the face.

The whole mantra goes like this: “You’re selfish because you don’t want poor people to have health-care!” Or the ever popular “only a greedy conservative (I’ve noticed that on most forums…pointy headed posters seem to somehow think they get bonus points for skewing the spelling and making it “KKKonservative”) would deny those less fortunate than themselves health care!” “Only a racist would deny others Health-Care!” and on and on the litany goes.

So okay I’ll play the insult game with the liberals, and be all the nasty things they claim I am for refusing to hand over my very personal health care choices, not to mention a good chunk of my salary to some faceless donkey’s ass in Washington D.C.

You’re right my hysterical little friend….I DON’T CARE!!! I’M SELFISH!!

You want to know why I don’t care? Why I am so selfish? Well let me tell you why.

I started my Work life almost 30 years ago. You want to know what I was doing?

I was an orderly in a Nursing Home. I emptied fouled bedpans and cleaned shit off of the sheets and grandma, when grandma lost control of her bowels.
I cleaned up the puke and the blood and the urine when that was needed to be done too.
I watched old people die, alone, heartbroken, forgotten by the world.

From there I went onto the arcane art of morticians assistant. I’ve been in a morgue with the dead, helping to embalm them for burial, I’ve watched the mortician slide the embalming rods into their bellies and break up their internal organs and watched a pump as it sucked out the body fluids….. as a 17 year kid. (You do know that they do that don’t you? No? Watch an embalming someday..it’s a real screamer of a time let me tell you.)

Miraculously I never did end up in a fast food joint….Perish the thought.

Facing 18, and realizing I was going no where in life at breakneck speed, I decided it was time for a change. I joined the Navy.

So yeah, back then I was part of government controlled health care and I saw the best and worst of it all for 10 years. Being so young I had little use for it, but I did, at times, use it, and every single time I did, I seemingly ended up worse off then when I went in for whatever ailment I was seeking treatment for.

Now they want me to come back to that three ring circus? I don’t think so sparky.

When I left the Navy, I went with a private company with good benefits, and I still am to this day working for yet another private company with decent benefits.

Not making much money back then, I worked other jobs on the side. One job was unloading semis, lousy wages, long hot hours on a loading dock and back breaking work. But I did it.

I also worked on a Horse Farm in exchange for room and board during those first few years out of the military. I shoveled horse manure and mucked out urine soaked horse stalls at 4 am in freezing ass cold, and stifling heat. I’ve been bit, kicked, and stepped on, by horses so many times I lost count. But I did it. Go on call me a “red-neck” Because I am I’ve worked throwing hay into a barn or mending fences until the sun burned my neck to a crisp…I wear the moniker proudly.

I’ve watched the government pillage my check for Social Security which I will never see, I’ve seen them take 20% and more of my earnings, and then HALF of my hourly wages when I dared to work overtime in an effort to make my lot in life better….and now?…Now they want more. More Taxes, more health insurance costs, more, more, more. In short they are going to redistribute my wealth, what little I have scratched out thus far that is.. to others.

Nay!! I won’t stand for it!! It’s not theirs to give!!

So why don’t I care if someone else doesn’t have the same access to Health Care that I do?

Because I bleeping EARNED it that’s why.

I’ve worked my fingers to the bone in my life time, I’ve done probably some of the worst jobs in the world, and I scratched, clawed, and fought to get to the level I am today.

No-One handed me a job, A 401k, A college education, A Health Care plan…..I went out in the world and I EARNED THEM. I’ve paid my taxes, I’ve given to my fellow man, I’ve done my part. I’ve paid my dues as an American both in taxes and blood…..I will do NO MORE!

Until anyone that DARES accuse me of being selfish can point at someone …just one person out there that has worked as hard and a diligently in life as I have to overcome the odds, that has made the sacrifices in life that I have, that has busted their tail as I have to succeed in life, that hasn’t mewled and pissed and moaned about how they are being mistreated….. yet somehow just hasn’t made it….I don’t want to hear it.

Chances are you’re going to find it hard to find such a person in America. The fact remains America IS the land of opportunity…those that try succeed, those that don’t fail. It is that simple.

A true American takes one thing to heart. And that one thing is “Failure is not an option.”

Anyone else calling themselves an American that believes otherwise, that somehow it’s okay to fail because of the color of ones skin, or whatever other qualifier should give them special status over another American…is not a true American, they are a fraud, an impostor…. a dime store cowboy wannabe.

Yes! You’re right!! I simply don’t care. Because one simple fact in all the hysteria over health care and the “30 million suffering with out it” is this, of those 30 million probably less than 1 or 2 % of them are actually people that for whatever reason are truly in need, the rest of them are illegals, moochers, slackers, and free loaders and yeah they can go screw themselves….with a rusty nail embedded 2×4. I owe them nor any pandering jack ass in a suit from D.C. NOTHING.

Bottom line to all you bleeding hearts crying about the poor, about the minority flavor of the week, about whatever victim group is your cup of tea….is simply this:

I nor do millions of Americans like me owe the black man, the red man, the yellow man, the white man, or for that matter the man in the white house a damn thing…. they owe it themselves to make their own way in America.

And by the way? I don’t owe YOU anything either my bleeding heart friend …Election of your Poser in Chief and your so called “mandate” be damned.

Take note…and try to take that “something” by force at your peril… for I will not submit.

After a 2 month hiatus, I’ve come back to TNMilitant to write again.

I took this time off from blogging for various reasons but one was to distance myself from the political scene, to step outside the ring and view the fight as a spectator.

During that time I worked, but I also traveled some, I spent some time in my beloved adopted state of TN and I reflected heavily on today’s political climate.

That I spend a majority of my time overseas, it is sometimes difficult to put a finger on the true pulse of the political scene, living abroad as I do, 99% of the information sources I have are online, I don’t have the advantage of living among my country men, which in turn poses a risk of a biased opinion towards my government. That’s not to say I am an expert in all things political, I am not.

So Rather than continue blogging unabated this past two months, a thought occurred to me that maybe it was time to step back and look at things a little more, that perhaps my views on our current system of government were becoming lopsided, that perhaps it was time to step back and re-look at a wide horizon of events and then return to the TNMilitant.

“After all” I asked myself, “how bad can things actually be back home?”

The answer to that as I see it, unfortunately, is simply…. it’s bad and getting worse.

After being home and taking time to mull things over; As I see it, the political divide in the country has worsened, to epic levels. It is a cancer eating at the republic and like any cancer unchecked it will destroy it’s host.

The election of a hard left government in the past two years, by people that seemingly either just don’t care enough about liberty to protect it, those blathering about how we need to “change” those who relish their free handouts, welfare, and the ever increasing role of the Federal government in their every day lives, or whom just don’t seem to be informed very well, has put the country on a collision course with itself.

Those same hard left politicians and their supporters that swept to power are now actively engaging in an all out assault on the Constitution and the principles on which this country was founded.

Obama was touted as the great Uniter…millions swallowed that rhetoric, and now are regretting it because, sadly that is anything but the case. Obama has divided the country into two clearly defined camps, Socialist leaning and those that refuse to accept the ever increasing role of the federal government in their every days lives. It has created such a divide between fully half of the citizens and the elite political class that the most overwhelming reaction out there is outright disgust. This is dangerous water. I reflect back to one of the original tea party events where one protester carried a sign that read “We came unarmed….this time.” And I have to ask myself, “how long will that last”?

I was simply stunned at the levels of anger I encountered this past few weeks, this isn’t a joke, it’s a living breathing groundswell of outright hatred of our government and it is growing. Say what you will about Obama and this legislative branch, but in my memory I’ve never seen such hatred. The hard left hated Bush make no mistake, they were vocal about it, but this is different. This isn’t fringe groups like Move-On or other socialist activists, this is everyday ordinary Americans rising up in utter disgust and disdain.

Recently, The Speaker of the house, Nancy Pelosi became emotional, siting she was concerned that the levels of rhetoric have reached such ugliness that she fears violence will ensue, for once; Nancy hit the nail on the head.

But I have to question her, “Why do you think this is Nancy?” Is it because as Jimmy Carter babbled Americans don’t like a black man in the white house? Or as the ever ridiculous Maurene Dowd from the NYT’s claims we’re all just a bunch of racists?

I think not. In reality and what those in power right now seem to just not understand is simply that Americans will never accept the sneering contempt of the like of Harry Ried and Nancy Pelosi, they’ve called people “teabaggers”, outright tried to discard their concerns, treated them like subjects rather than citizens and worse, so no one is moved by Nancy’s faux tears.

In fact, they see them as a sham, a farce. The democrats lied and have been caught in those same lies so many times that the electorate by some counts, fully 60+% of it, have lost all faith in our elected representatives and hold an increasingly negative view of the government we elected.

As I see it…The average American wants to be left alone, to succeed or fail as he may, his health-care untouched, his taxes unrevised, his cost of living reasonable. That’s not happening, in fact the current government seems hell bent on controlling an every larger role in peoples lives, of taking as much freedom and money as they possibly can from Americans.

Americans don’t want that sort of change, although it is said you get the government you vote for, I don’t think a majority of the people that voted for this President or these members of the House and Senate truly believed they would have the gall to force a socialist agenda like they have thus far, many of them are left angry and reeling with frustration and the broken promises that seem to pile up by the day.

Sadly, I have to give credit were credit is due, Obama partially told us his agenda, and thinking conservatives connected the dots, his words, his background, his own writings weren’t adding up, and we ultimately rejected it. However millions of middle of the road so called “moderate” types waffled. That waffling is going to hurt them badly now.

The country was unhappy under Bush, but now finds itself even more unhappy Under Obama. Why is this?

Those that voted for Obama wanted change did they not? Maybe the change they were thinking was going to happen isn’t. Maybe the unhappiness stems from the fact that the changes that are happening are not what they signed up for. There were people from every political and ethnic background out there you could find, whom voted FOR Obama and their not happy….are they now magically “racists” too?

In simple words..this has nothing to do with Race Creed or Color, it has EVERYTHING to do however, with the Federal Government’s trampling of our constitutional rights. It has everything to do with our taxpayer dollars being burned in a furnace of corruption and worthless spending. It has to do with people watching in horror videos of a government supported entity like ACORN supporting child sex exploitation. It has to do with the liberal’s like Nancy Pelosi unmitigated gall to mock millions of hardworking Americans concerns and calling them “astroturf” and “Un-American”.

The implications are clear from this Speaker and her lapdogs in both chambers as well as the media, you’re not a true American unless you march lock step with her agenda. To a lot of Americans, having any type of agenda forced on them is going to garner backlash. That’s who we as Americans are.

Racism keeps festering, and those flames are fanned yet again by the leftists like Pelosi, Reid, Durban, Jimmy Carter and others. Tens of thousands of Americans marched on Washington D.C. recently, to protest the current course of this country, and thousands showed up at town halls across this nation to display their disgust with the elected officials, how can the far left leaning political class in power even think of claiming that has anything at all to do with racism? All of those protesters were white? I doubt that very much.

Adding to the outrage and frustration; The MSM is largely viewed as in the tank with this crop of corrupt jackals in D.C. largely ignored their efforts. So what & who speaks for millions of average Americans now? No-One, and that is a breeding ground for mistrust and out right hatred of the government.

We’ve made a grave mistake this past 2 and a half years, although in the average voters defense, the GOP did and continues to do little to garner continued support with debacles like Mark Foley, A spend! spend! spend! mindset, two wars with no clear end game, and “Democratic Lite” governance, all added up to send the GOP packing.

Let’s hope those mistakes by the GOP don’t end up costing us more than a little “change”.

I find it ironic that In the 1950’s the country went under the same assault, Communists infested the halls of our government, it was coined the “red scare”. The liberal press poo-pooed the very idea, and charged people like Joe McCarthy with being a traitor, funny, after those archives were recently brought to public light we find out…he was right. What will they find in archives 50 years from now?

In truth, I see no difference now, since Obama has appointed not one but an entire administration infested with self avowed socialists. Van Jones, although now resigned, and others are on record clearly stating they are avowed socialist. I think that in 50 years we very well may reflect back as a nation and shake our head in dismay at what happened in America and how dangerously close we came to destroying the vision our founding fathers laid out for us.

Change is coming to America alright, and it’s called socialism, it is directly in opposition to what millions of Americans everywhere believe in and a freedom loving people will not lie down meekly for this. Let’s hope Nancy Pelosi is wrong and it doesn’t result in bloodshed.

Stimulus spending on pet liberal projects got you outraged yet? You should be, seeing as how your tax dollars are being spent to fund a bunch of perverts performing sex acts in San Fransisco.

50,000.00 dollars in ’stimulus’ funding found it’s way Via the NEA to the “Frameline Theater” a self described pornographic theater that recently showed something titled “Thundercrack”. The movie, if you can call it that, is according to it’s promoters, “the world’s only underground kinky art porno horror film, complete with four men, three women and a gorilla.”

Still not outraged? The National Endowment for the Arts or NEA has been the happy recipient of 80 MILLION dollars from the so called stimulus bill passed in Feb.

This money is supposedly being used as the FoxNews / Joseph Abrams article states to :

“The NEA was given $80 million of the government’s $787 billion economic stimulus bill to spread around to needy artists nationwide, and most of the money is being spent to help preserve jobs in museums, orchestras, theaters and dance troupes that have been hit hard by the recession”.

How nice. I’m glad to hear a porn star or a Oboe player somewhere wont go hungry. After all the rich liberals like Obama and Pelosi, well that sort of “cultural experiences” is important people!! Perish the very thought!

Are these people in D.C just that deranged? Will they stop at no low to throw their liberal bullshit in the rest of our faces?

There is no way to justify this, I don’t care if you are a liberal, conservative, or a pink baboon in a leotard, this is an utter waste of money and a direct slap in the face to the millions of hard working Americans that have lost their jobs in this disaster of an economy. Oh wait we got what was it again 14 dollars a week in the fomr of a “tax rebate”. Sorry. *SPIT*

How can anyone justify the spending of 80,000,000.00 dollars for a minuscule handful of the population, (really how many “artists” do you know?) while millions of Americans are out of work, they are loosing their homes, they are loosing their very lives, yet the politicians in D.C. see fit to squander 80,000,000.00 dollars on….. porn. Smut. It makes my head want to explode, it really does.

Tellingly this same theater is located in none other than San Fran Pelosi’s *spit* Voting grounds. Such a funny coincidence that is.

A question for any wayward “liberal” that might be reading this, Here’s a liberal thought for you, How far would that same 80,000,000.00 go to lift a family of four out of the lower economic class? To stave off a foreclosure? How many families would that same money help with getting a rung up on the economic ladder? As a conservative, despite the popular misconception of us being selfish and not wanting to “spread the wealth” I dissent.

I see nothing wrong with giving a man the tools to earn a good living, to provide for his family, even if his current blight is such that he more or less brought it upon himself, so let’s do a theoretical exercise here. I defy any liberal out there to challenge this, to somehow justify spending 80 Million f’n dollars for non productive endeavors like a porno theater while millions of Americans suffer.

On to our exercise, Joe is a H/S drop out, foolishly Joe and his girlfriend got in a bad way at the tender age of 17, trying to do the right thing, he married young and miraculously he’s managed to make a go of it with his wife and two kids.

Joe tries hard, he works, he’s not a dumb guy, but his past haunts him, no High school diploma, no real chance at making his way up anywhere anytime soon. Forget a college degree, he’s trapped now. Let’s say Joe makes 14.00 an hour at the factory, that is not going to go too far with a family of four but they would be able to live on it if they are careful and if his wife works, scratch that she probably isn’t got much choice these days, she’s going to have to work.

Several Years pass & Joe’s worked hard but he is still way behind, he’s tried but he still isn’t making much money to begin with and disaster strikes the economy tanks, and the factory just laid him off. A few weeks go by and Joe’s Unemployment is falling short of his families needs and he’s falling further behind on his rent, home ownership for Joe is an Impossible dream, he doesn’t make much more than minimum wage on Unemployment even years after he entered the workforce. Joe, his wife, and his two children are teetering on the brink of being homeless. Tragic isn’t it?

But wait, because of the ailing economy, suddenly a stimulus program is released by the politicians in D.C. to aid people like Joe, a one time tax free $25,000.00 grant, to cover the cost of vocational training and education, living expenses, and health-care but with a qualifier.

Joe has to do two things, he has to earn a minimum of a GED AND a certification in a trade. He has 16 weeks to do so, longer if the vocation he chooses demands it, Maybe Joe will become a plumber, a mechanic or Maybe he will pick Information Technology. Should Joe fail, Joe is immediately drafted into the service for a period of 24 months to repay his 25,000.00 debt he will receive full pay and benefits while in. If he succeeds he has a two year commitment in the IRR or inactive ready reserves. Either way, succeed or fail, Joe is going to avoid having himself and his family on the streets and will make some sort of contribution to pay back “society”.

Okay so suppose Joes picks IT as his goal, Research TNM has done indicates a full blown Microsoft MCSE certification runs about 8-10,000 dollars at a 2-3 week IT boot camp, leaving Joe 15,000 -18,000 dollars for his family. When he graduates Joe will see his salary increase provided he finds a job, by almost a third. Say he made 30,000.00 a year working the line at the Factory, most people in IT even a simple help desk job make close to 40,000.00. That’s a 10,000 a year increase in salary over his factory job. As he gains experience and skills in the field that salary continually increases by rather large amounts.

Who was it that said, “Give a man a fish and feed him for a day, teach him to fish and he will eat the rest of his life” Jesus I think wasn’t it?

Too simple of a plan of course, it makes too much sense, it’s too direct. Isn’t it? There’s no “special” people targeted to gain votes, no “endowments” full of party fanatics, just plain old American Joes, AND REALLY WHO CARES ABOUT THEM?!. Obviously not San Fran Nancy Pelosi, not after her comment of “I really don’t care” when asked if she knew she was the most disliked woman in America.

Far as I can see That’s “spreading the wealth” with some sort of responsibility, not just willy nilly where it ends up in the hands of oversexed morally bankrupt actors and perverts in San Fransisco.

So what about that 80,000,000.00 How far does that go for people in Joe’s situation?

3200 Joe’s. That’s how many. Probably double the amount of what benefited from the squandering of that money by Obama, the Democrats and their pervert pals in the NEA. I can’t prove it but again…how many people do you know make a living being an “artist”?

Well what about his wife?!? the feminist whine, sorry 25k per household, spent on however they deem needed, maybe it’s easier for her to go to school, but she is still with the stipulations as listed above, If Joe is smart, that other money he didn’t spend, is spent helping his wife get some sort of higher level training as well, then they really will see their future open up. If not it keeps food on the table and the lights on at least.

80 million is more or less a drop in the bucket of the over all Stimulus package of 800 BILLION, so how many Americans could truly benefit from a direct program like this? How much additional tax revenue would be generated from the additional income they make? Rather than have it wasted with the likes of the NEA?

That’s stimulus Obama, Pelosi, and the rest of you morons, that’s putting America back to work. Not putting your addled brained over sexed NEA supporters in front of honest hard working Americans.

As I browsed through blogs, the news etc, I kept looking for information on the Coupe in Honduras, and the White house Kremlin reaction to it.
I fully expected Obambo to stick his foot in it once again, and predictably like the sun rises in the East, and right on cue heeeeer’s Barak!!
Well that didn’t take long I guess.

Obama came right out and said he denounced the overthrow of the Honduran president. Well that would be just swell 0-bamai except for one, well two little things:

1. The Honduran President Violated the Honduran Constitution

2. The Honduran President’s attempt to ram rod this was overruled by the Honduran Supreme court.

Yet the leader of the free world *gak* refused to support the Honduran people when they demanded that their elected President adhere to the Honduran Constitution.

Nice Obama, tell me, did you ever see a Constitution, ANY constitution you DID want upheld? I mean we know you don’t give a furry rat’s ass about ours, that much is now painfully obvious to all but the most mentally defective, but come on work with me here, Just ONE..?

Really, I’d like to see it, because not only do you routinely piss all over ours in your quest for remolding a country into whatever your arrogant over pampered terrorist coddling ass thinks is should be, now you’re off upholding two bit tin pot screw balls like this Honduran president that ran so afoul of his countries constitution they… forcefully removed him?

Here are some sobering numbers to read in direct opposition of the CBO, what the Media is reporting, and EPA’s, warm fuzzy rhetoric, of the C/T bill amounting to *only* the price of a “postage stamp per day”:

My congressional District, already well below national median income will see on average, a Cap and Trade cost of living increase, of 500.00 dollars a year. In my neck of the woods, that’s a death knell for almost every small business owner in the area who already live on razor thin profit margins.

That’s a “stamp” costing well over a dollar per day.

We’ll let the “inconvenient truth” slide for a second that this once again makes Barak Hussein Obama A liar. Oh screw it, ignoring the obvious won’ make it go away.

500.00 Dollar electric bill just arrived? Little unsure just how you’re going to come up with that money?

How’s that feel pal? Not so good does it? Already out of work? Can’t pay the Electric bill this month, you better brace yourself, come 6 months from now you’ll be choosing between having electric for hot water and food for your children. You think the Utilities companies aren’t going to start hijacking rates early to protect themselves from this bullshit? No? You better think again.

I haven’t mailed a bill in over a decade, I pay everything including the US Governments extortion money, AKA taxes, online. My Parents as old fashioned as they may be, don’t use stamps much anymore, they have a computer, if they do it, I’m pretty sure 90% of Americans out there don’t buy a whole lot of stamps these days either. What alternate reality is that government drone living in?

Why do these lying weasels insist on trying to paint ‘purty pictures’ for the masses, and in doing so directly insult their intelligence? I wish I was standing with in striking range of that one, I really do, watching them pick their teeth up would give me great joy.

The Bill has passed the house, and is heading to the Senate. If this passes, we should be in the streets, armed to the teeth and looking for blood, enough is enough.

Sadly, as I watch the destruction of my homeland in utter dismay, my voice silenced, I lean ever closer and closer to the Militant. I think many Americans feel likewise, many are becoming unwilling to accept this governments actions, tolerate their abuses, nor will they continue to succumb to their vile agendas one more day.

It is an ever increasing worry, a nagging doubt that says; A point is rapidly being reached where negotiation and debate is no longer a viable alternative, we have no voice.

How many million Americans do not agree with the agenda being shoved down our throats by Obama and less than 1000 elected officials political elites, yet they refuse to listen?

So now, who are you going to believe?

(Strangely when I ask a Obama Supporter that very question, I get huffy nonsensical rhetoric).

Al Gore, with his souped up Power Point slide show and his claws in the carbon offset swindle, making him a wealthy man?

A political appointee of Obama’s in the CBO?

Another political appointee of Obama’s in the EPA?

Or the reality, the fact global warming is a farce, a myth concocted by radical environmentalists and Marxists?

In the end the “stamp a day” mentality is exactly what is wrong with our government, they have no qualms, none what so ever, of slapping additional burdens on the American people, they simply poo-poo it away with lofty rhetoric, and they refuse to understand that they are not by the constitution allowed to do so, they have no Legal right to do so, yet they do.

I have a choice to buy stamps, I choose not to, but with this bill I have no choice and sooner or later, when too many choices are taken away form the American people, there will be a reckoning, and I fear it will be bloody.

Just asking because, well you know, they are so much like the Democrats Communists these days, that it is almost impossible to distinguish between the two any more.

The GOP is having an exceedingly bad ..well last couple months, but this last week is a disaster.

Of course I’mwrting about  the scandal involving Governor Mark Sanford of S.C.

It reads like a bad bad dime store novel, a mistress, flying around the globe, cheating on his wife, lying to cover it all up, hiding the facts from his staff, it just goes on and on and on.

But the worst of it, is the damage done to the movement in the country to push for lower taxes, and smaller and a less intrusive government.

Sanford, was the poster child for the fight against the Federal Government that is out of check, ignores the Constitution at every turn and is on the verge of turning America into a Euro-Socialist State. He was supposed to be the limited government candidate, and by some reports a contender for a conservative run in 2012.

With this scandal, Sanford, not only did he disgrace himself, he also gave the Party of the ass a nuclear warhead and he plopped down the coordinates for the smaller government movements headquarters, more or less saying “shoot here”.

Make no doubt about it, the D’s will use this as a battering ram to demonize the smaller government movement in this country.

They will point out endlessly with an all to willing media to spotlight the hypocrisy, the lies, the fact that the Republicans, read conservatives,  just can’t be trusted.How could they, they engage in gay sex in men’s bathrooms, cheat on their wives, and hire call girls…

It matters not that they do the same thing, Eliot Spitzer anyone? It only matters that they can now use this issue to point out how little the GOP is to be trusted on any domestic issue ranging from Family, Abortion, Taxes, or Healthcare.After all, our so called champion can’t even keep his pants up long enough to honor his wedding vows, how can we trust any other limited government GOP member?

And of course I can’t even begin to defend it, I’ve said it before, the GOP is not my party. They never will be again if they continue on in this manner.

No I don’t want to hear about compassion, about the human condition, about the frailty of the human pysche, especially from the GOP. The only thing the GOP should do is toss this guy out on his ear, and start targeting the rest of the weak links in the  the party, until every last RINO, and “bi-partisan” hack in their ranks is gone.

Until they do so, the GOP is going to keep getting hammered on election day, they will loose more seats, more State Houses, and more local positions.

There are polls out there that indicate 28% of the voting population is now “independent” I’d wager a large chunk of those are disgruntled conservatives like me. And they aren’t ever going to change their minds when it comes to shenanigans like this. They and I will continue to vote against the GOP.

Thanks Sanford, I hope that it was worth it you turncoat. You’re a disgrace.
