Figure it out yet?

December 31st, 2009 by TNM

A Nigerian man just tried to bring down an airliner over Detroit. Had he succeeded, he would have murdered 350 Innocent people. Merry Christmas from the Religion of Peace I guess.

Janet Nappy-Headed-Ho Napalito(I can say that I’m not a hot shot radio jock, and this my blog.) Says “the system worked”…Huh? What? Come again? It did?

It worked for whom there Janet of the triple chins? The Islamic Jihadi bent on wanton murder and destruction of our fellow Americans? Your DHS Foo is weak Jan baby…

So I have a question.

Has the Obama administration and his Czar’s and god knows what else they have going on, figured out that despite all their touchy feely rhetoric, blaming America for the worlds ills, & kow-towing to every tin pot dictator in the world, that …..well Gee to be candid, their approach…well it doesn’t seem to be working all that well with our endless list of antagonists now does it? Well?

A Nigerian Man tries to down a jet full of people just trying to come home for the Holidays, Hugo Chavez spits out more drivel claiming he can still smell the devil or some other nonsense, (really that dude needs to catch a bullet already), and I read in one stock report, The Chinese are now pissed off because Obama just slapped a staggering 35% tariff on their oil pipes ….of course ..at the behest of and to protect his US Steel workers Union cronies…protectionist trade theory with, our biggest trading partner who by the way owns most of that 1.2 trillion in debt you’ve rung up…Gee that sure will help the economy Bambi…*snort*

So tell me again? How’s that “Hope -N-Change” working out for ya these days? I guess okay if your in the Steel Workers Union Boss cabal eh?

Better yet; tell me when Obama and his clown parade of cohorts are going to buy a clue and figure out how to do anything other than try to pin blame on the past for what is clearly their own short falls and continual errors? Anyone?

Happy New Years 2010….it’s gonna be a LONG year I think.

The DHS rightwing Boogey man report

April 16th, 2009 by TNM

Been quiet around here at TNM I suppose, but Okay, devils advocate time here.

Like a lot of folks, I was pretty ticked off when I saw these headlines about the DHS and domestic terror reports. This coupled with Tax day and what looks to be a sneering reply from these horses ass so called political experts in regard to the Tea-Party rallies did not do anything to make me like Jugears or his democrats buddies one damn bit more, in fact, I grow more and more disgusted with him and his appointees day by day.

Of course now, Janet Napolitano is tripping over her heels (and rightly so) trying to pacify some seriously pissed off veterans groups, and it’s always a great time to watch dumb as a box of rocks people like her squirm, she, like a lot of this current crop of elites in D.C. are CLUE-LESS. Then, when the shi* hits the fan like this they make utter fools of themselves running around trying to do damage control.

Too late Janet, you own it …Good times!!

But I digress, setting my initial reaction aside, like most rational people do, I pinched my nose and read the thing in it’s entirety, and seriously, I’d have to say; Speaking from one with lots and lots, of years in some type of government service, Offensive on certain levels yes, but it is basically nothing more than boilerplate mish-mash government belly button gazing, more or less.

In fact I’ll say without reservation, it’s so overly broad and based on various far reaching assumptions, It’s even less worthy of serious consideration than the report that surfaced in MO. This is the work of some brain dead civil servant that must of spent a whole 20 minutes doing Google searches and spit out a paper on a Friday afternoon thinking about their weekend visit with the mother in law from hell.
Or, maybe that “servant” has the hots for Janet, that would explain it.

The DHS has been at this sort of thing for years since it’s inception, although one part is irritating to a US. Veteran like me:

DHS/I&A assesses that right-wing extremists will attempt to recruit and
radicalize returning veterans in order to exploit their skills and knowledge derived from military training and combat. These skills and knowledge have the potential to boost the capabilities of extremists—including lone wolves or small terrorist cells—to carry out violence. The willingness of a small percentage of military personnel to join extremist groups during the 1990s because they were disgruntled, disillusioned, or suffering from the psychological effects of war is being replicated today.

Now any rational person knows that if you look at the numbers of people in uniform the over all size of the military as a segment of our population is far less than 10% of the 300 Million estimated Americans. Add in a percentage of 40 plus million veterans and You MIGHT make that 10%, of the total population, maybe, but I doubt it. But’d you’d have to have an awful lot of folks running around getting ready to wage war on the US Government to even approach “a small percentage” of the entire military and veteran combined populations.

Where this report goes off the rails here is with that “small percentage” as most folks know “it’s only a small percentage of Muslims using terrorist attacks” Still equates to a pretty sizable faction of people…same principle here, only on a smaller scale, where this is wrong is that they threw out generalizations that could in fact be interpreted as numbers in the thousands, as there is well over a million people in uniform.

Sadly, It also has a central theme throughout the entire paper that keeps coming back to race, and that’s disturbing as well. To read this paper you’d think there are 10 million KKK Members getting ready to wage war on D.C. The government needs to get over this race baiting crap, again it paints this overly broad picture of people and you have to ask when the hell did you last see a KKK rally? Really? TNM LIVES in a stereotypical “racist” area, TN …and I’ve yet to see one single burning cross, no people in white customs running around…nothing. I see a lot of hard working frustrated people chaffing under the boot of a overreaching federal government, but there isn’t this bogeyman racist running around in fly over country. GIVE IT A REST already. Jesus!!

The DHS needs to take a hard look at this sort of language, it’s garbage and the person responsible for this report should be severely reprimanded. Maybe A fitting punishment ….ol Janet will show up in her rubber suit and stilettos …GAK!

The military is not some breeding ground for “right-wing” extremist thought, and it, on the contrary ,teaches more about tolerance, and equal opportunity then any sector private or government in the nation. 99.9999 % OF ALL PEOPLE IN THE MILITARY BELIEVE IN HONOR…that is something this current crop of morons in DC seem to have a hard time grasping with reports such as these. That is a FACT.

TNM doesn’t like the current crop of politicians, I think Obama and his cabal are a bunch of nincompoops. I own guns, and a fair amount of ammo, I also keep stores in my basement, for emergency use, furthermore TNM supports the military 100% and is a VET; so DHS am I at risk for becoming an extremist too? According to this I am…BOO!

Maybe I am, but maybe it has nothing to do with race, or the fact that I am a veteran, or that I am white, and live in “rural” areas, but everything to do with a Federal Government that has no moral compass, and bends over backwards to appease the true threats to this country, all the while painting the people that served her, bled for her, and died for her as a bunch of simple minded gullible fools, and as domestic terror threats that are running around the “rural areas” of America with Pipe Bombs.

Morons.

Weasles are out of touch with America

March 15th, 2009 by TNM

In the last week we’ve seen several especially divisive issues and statement’s crop up from this administration.

First off are reports that the administration is considering having veterans pay for their health-care. This includes wounded vets form Iraq and Afghanistan. The blog-o-sphere lit up like a Christmas tree on that one, and understandably so.

The Veterans affair committee has said it will be DOA if it should ever come on their watch, which is as it should be, this is utterly preposterous and not even worthy of being tossed out there as a proposal, yet the Obama administration did just that.

Are they stupid? Or just that clueless as to what the American people will tolerate? Either way this administration and it’s merry band of robbers is out of touch with America in the extreme if they think for one fractional second we’d let this happen to our vets.

It’s bad enough the VA is the mess that it is, now they want to make vets PAY for this substandard treatment?

Next is a report here that raises the specter of taxing health benefits as income.

This is your tax cuts at work….give with one hand and with the other…hit them when they ain’t looking.

Remember this, especially if you supported Obama, it may not ever make it past the “throw the idea out and see the reaction to it” phase, but it is telling that while the President was vying for the election he touted endlessly that 95% of Americans would get a tax cut and 52% of you gullible fools out there swallowed it hook.line & sinker.

What he didn’t tell you was the increases in taxes he was going to levy through hidden agendas such as these. Buyers remorse starting to be an issue ? Tough…you bought it you own it.
Speaking of fools, how’s that 13.00 dollars a week working out for you by the way? Living large now ain’t ya? Suckers!

What’s next? We should just send our entire pay check to 1600 Pennsylvania ave? No thanks, count me out. No, Really, I mean that.

And finally, this gem From one of Obama’s advisers ….”The economy is sound” (paraphrased)

It is? How’s so?

Let me get this right, with less than 100 days gone by Obama, you and your mouthpieces told us all the economy was a disaster, they needed to pass this gargantuan stimulus package which as I’ve pointed out previously really doesn’t target much more than liberal democrat feel good pet projects so it’s not going to work. Yet the market is still off some 30-40 % since November, and suddenly….*POOF* Now the Economy is sound.
Really?
Unemployment is pushing double digits, and went up again in Feb. American families lost some almost 20% of their net worth in the past months, just to mention a few ….but now …the Economy is sound.

Yeah right. The only thing I hate worse than a politician is a lying politician. Guess I hate all politicians then because they are all a bunch of lying weasels. Obama and his advisers as I watch more and more of them seems to be particularly well suited to that moniker ….weasels, the whole lying lot of them.

Hope and Change? Well this is certainly change alright, change in the guise of utterly destroying the fabric of this country, of demoralizing millions of people who work, who sacrifice, and who produce so that this Obama administration of clowns (no offense to the resident clown BoBo) can experiment with it’s socialistic agendas…

Terror shouldn’t be treated like other crimes.

January 25th, 2009 by TNM

With the recent policy changes in D.C. being brought on my the new administration, especially in regards to the terrorists held in GITMO, it would be remiss to not mention one aspect of our laws and it’s relationship in regards to the sentencing and punishment of terrorists.

There has always been an argument centered on the prosecution of terror suspects and their heinous acts, namely that one side purports that it is a law enforcement matter, while the other sees it more of a military matter.

The Clinton administration saw this as mostly a legal venue, the Bush administration,  in the wake of 9-11, a military one, and I suspect, the Obama administration will lean once again more towards the legal side.

None the less, no matter who’s in the Whitehouse, there are glaring problems with how these cases have been handled in the past, especially if they are treated as purely a criminal / legal matter. With a brand new administration at the helm, there needs to be questions asked about the policies used both in the past, as well as what is going to be used in the future concerning these international terrorists.

Treating a person convicted of terrorism the same as any other garden variety felon endangers the American people, for that matter, it most likely will endanger innocents the world over, as once released, there is strong evidence that a terrorist will go right back to his jihad.

Highlighting this dilemma , is this recent article from the “AP Impact” whose writer’s expose an issue concerning a convicted terrorist who is now looking at being released on the 19th of next month.

The article can be read in it’s entirety here:

AP IMPACT: Freedom looms for terrorist
